1. Who provides the offers
These offers are provided by D-Force Ltd, trading as dForce, company number 13546326, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean D-Force Ltd; “you” means the business customer named in the accepted order.
These promotional terms apply alongside the services agreement and statement of work identified in your order. They govern the promotional discount, bonus hours, eligibility, payment arrangements, booking rules and expiry. The services agreement governs other matters, including confidentiality, data protection, intellectual property, liability and disputes. Any departure from these promotional terms must be expressly agreed in writing by authorised representatives of both parties.
2. Eligibility and direct customer use
- Offers are for business customers purchasing directly from dForce for their own internal business use.
- Our partners, resellers and strategic software vendors are not eligible to purchase, whether for their own use or on behalf of another organisation. Eligibility must be confirmed before we accept your order.
- Only an authorised representative of the purchasing customer may request, approve or manage a call-off. A customer’s implementation partner, consultant or other third-party provider may not call off or direct the purchased services on the customer’s behalf.
- Packages, time and promotional benefits may not be resold, transferred, assigned or pooled between separate customer organisations.
3. How to secure an offer
Paid offers are available from the campaign’s publication until 23:59 on 30 November 2026. By that deadline, we must have accepted your order in writing and received the initial payment required under section 6 for that offer. An enquiry, quotation or purchase order alone does not reserve an offer.
Your accepted order will identify the purchasing customer, selected offer, agreed scope or hours, standard fee, promotional fee, applicable VAT, payment option and delivery arrangements. We will confirm suitability and resource availability before accepting an order. The promotional fee reduction is secured when the order is accepted; delivery dates are planned separately. For fixed-scope engagements such as scoping, reporting, workshops and implementations, scheduling is on a best-endeavours basis, taking account of resource availability and customer readiness. A particular date is binding only where expressly committed in the accepted order or statement of work. Call-off hours remain subject to their hard expiry in section 8.
For the free Finance 360° MOT, your request must be received by the purchase deadline and your appointment confirmed by us in writing. No payment or paid purchase is required.
4. The six offers
4.1 Clarity Before Commitment — 30% off paid scoping
A 30% reduction in dForce’s standard fee for the agreed CRM, PSA or ERP scoping engagement. The order will define the requirements review, delivery priorities, scope and implementation roadmap to be provided. Scoping does not include implementation or commit either party to a subsequent implementation project.
4.2 Beyond Go-Live — services bundles
| Buy | Bonus hours | Total available |
|---|---|---|
| 20 hours | 4 hours | 24 hours |
| 40 hours | 12 hours | 52 hours |
| 100 hours | 36 hours | 136 hours |
The package price is based on the purchased hours at the rate stated in your order. Bonus hours are included at no additional charge and are subject to the same permitted use, booking rules and expiry as purchased hours. They have no separate cash or refund value. Eligible work may include agreed configuration, improvements, reporting, coaching or optimisation within dForce’s supported services. Specialist work must be agreed before booking.
4.3 Reporting Reset — 15% off reporting & analytics services
A 15% reduction in dForce’s standard services fee for the agreed reporting and analytics engagement. The order will define the reports, dashboards, data sources, changes and handover included. Software licences, additional platforms and work outside the agreed scope are excluded.
4.4 Business Transformation Kickstart — 20% off an operating model workshop & diagnostic
A 20% reduction in dForce’s standard fee for the agreed operating model workshop and diagnostic. The order will define participants, duration, business areas and outputs, which may include ownership, hand-offs, escalation points and a prioritised action plan. Delivery of subsequent transformation work is excluded unless separately agreed.
4.5 Free Finance 360° MOT
A free fit-gap review of your finance systems, processes and connections, based on the information and evidence you provide, with findings and three priorities. The review’s scope and format will be confirmed at booking. There is no obligation to purchase software, change systems or commission further services. Remediation, configuration and implementation are excluded. The review is a business and systems diagnostic, not a statutory audit, assurance opinion or certification of compliance.
4.6 New-Year Readiness — 15% off Ignition implementations
A 15% reduction in dForce’s standard implementation fee for an eligible, agreed Ignition package for Sage Intacct, Certinia Professional Services Cloud, Customer Success Cloud or Financial Management Cloud. Eligibility depends on agreed package scope and customer readiness. The discount applies only to the implementation services stated in the order, not software subscriptions, licences, third-party fees or additional work. The offer is for eligible Ignition projects planned for H1 2027, through to 30 June 2027. The reduced fee is secured at order acceptance. Delivery dates, payment milestones and customer dependencies are agreed in the implementation order or statement of work, with scheduling on a best-endeavours basis unless a firm date is expressly committed. The call-off hours expiry does not automatically apply to a separately scoped implementation.
5. Prices, scope and exclusions
All advertised offers, quoted fees, package prices, discount calculations and payment percentages are calculated on net service fees, excluding VAT and any other applicable indirect taxes. Percentage discounts apply to dForce’s genuine standard net fee for the same agreed scope, shown in your quotation before the promotional reduction. The discount is applied to the net fee before any tax is calculated. Prices are in pounds sterling unless your order states otherwise.
VAT treatment is determined under the applicable UK VAT rules, including the place-of-supply rules, using the nature of the services, your business status and the establishment receiving the services. We will charge UK VAT at the applicable rate where required. Where the supply is outside the scope of UK VAT, no UK VAT will be charged. Where a reverse-charge mechanism applies in the relevant jurisdiction, the invoice will identify that treatment and you must account for the relevant tax as required by law. Outside-scope and reverse-charge treatment are applied where legally appropriate; they are not customer-selectable alternatives to UK VAT.
You must provide accurate billing details, the relevant business establishment and VAT or other tax registration details, together with supporting evidence where requested. Our quotation and invoices will state the applicable tax treatment. Any VAT or other indirect tax that dForce is legally required to charge is payable in addition to the net fees; any tax you must self-account for under a reverse charge is your responsibility.
Unless expressly included, prices exclude software licences and subscriptions, third-party charges, travel and expenses. We will agree any additional chargeable work with you in writing before carrying it out.
Offers cannot be combined on the same services or hours, or applied retrospectively to existing orders, invoices or work already contracted. You may purchase different offers for separate scopes. Service bundles purchase professional services effort; they do not guarantee completion of an unlimited task list. Fixed-scope packages are delivered against their agreed scope and deliverables.
6. Payment terms by offer
Payment terms depend on the offer purchased. The 50% initial-payment facility applies only to call-off services bundles. It is not a general payment option for the other offers.
| Offer | Payment requirement |
|---|---|
| Paid scoping — 30% off | The payment schedule stated in the accepted scoping order. The call-off bundle’s 50% facility does not apply. |
| Call-off services bundles — purchased and bonus hours | Either full payment at purchase, or 50% at purchase with the remaining 50% triggered by the first confirmed call-off, as set out below. |
| Reporting & analytics — 15% off | 100% of the agreed net promotional price upfront at purchase, plus any applicable VAT or other indirect tax that dForce is required to charge. |
| Operating model workshop & diagnostic — 20% off | The payment schedule stated in the accepted workshop order. The call-off bundle’s 50% facility does not apply. |
| Finance 360° MOT — free | No payment and no paid purchase required. |
| Ignition implementation — 15% off | The payment milestones stated in the accepted implementation order or statement of work. The call-off bundle’s 50% facility does not apply. |
Call-off services bundles: the 50% option
Where you select this option, 50% of the net package price, plus any tax chargeable on that instalment, is payable at purchase. The entire remaining 50% of the net package price, plus any tax chargeable on that balance, is invoiced when your first call-off booking is confirmed in writing and is payable within 30 calendar days of that confirmation date.
Any first call-off booking triggers the entire remaining balance, even if it is for only one hour, relates to bonus hours, or is later cancelled or moved. The trigger is booking confirmation, not the date of delivery.
The initial 50% is part-payment towards the whole bundle, not an option to buy only half the package. If you make no call-off booking, the entire remaining balance is payable on 30 June 2027. Not using the bundle does not cancel the purchase or the obligation to pay its full price.
Discounted engagements: order acceptance and scheduling
For scoping, reporting, workshops and Ignition implementations, the promotional reduction is applied to the agreed fee when the order is accepted. There is no requirement to fix every delivery date at purchase. Delivery will be planned with you on a best-endeavours basis, subject to capacity, agreed scope and customer readiness, unless a firm date is expressly committed in the accepted order or statement of work. This does not change the payment requirement for the relevant offer: reporting remains payable in full upfront.
We may suspend services where an undisputed payment is overdue, after notifying you. Suspension caused by your non-payment does not extend the expiry of call-off hours or automatically change a separately agreed delivery schedule.
7. Booking service hours
These call-off rules apply to services bundles and any expressly agreed hourly allowance. Fixed-scope scoping engagements, workshops, reporting packages, Ignition implementations and the Finance MOT follow the delivery schedule agreed for that engagement.
Standard bookings
- The minimum booking is a four-hour block, normally 09:00–13:00 or 14:00–18:00 on a business day.
- Requests require at least five full business days’ notice before the requested start.
- Bookings are subject to appropriately skilled resource availability and take effect only when confirmed in writing by dForce.
- A confirmed four-hour booking deducts four hours from your balance. Please provide sufficient agreed work, access and instructions to use the session.
Short-notice bookings
- At our discretion and subject to availability, work requested to start within 48 elapsed hours may be booked in one-hour increments.
- A maximum of two hours per customer per business day may be booked this way, across all requests and contacts.
- More than two hours in one day requires a four-hour morning or afternoon block; multiple small requests cannot be used to avoid that minimum.
- Requests made with more than 48 hours but fewer than five business days’ notice remain subject to the four-hour minimum and may be accepted at our discretion.
- Short-notice availability is not guaranteed and is not an emergency support service or response-time commitment.
Bookings measure consultant-hours: one hour of work by each of two agreed consultants uses two hours. Preparation, investigation and follow-up count where they form part of the agreed task. We will confirm the expected effort and participating resources before the work begins, and provide a record of hours used and remaining.
8. Call-off hours: use it by 30 June 2027
All purchased and bonus hours within a call-off services bundle, and any hourly allowance expressly subject to these call-off rules, must be delivered and completed by 18:00 on 30 June 2027. Booking before that date does not preserve an entitlement to delivery afterwards.
Unused call-off balances expire automatically. They cannot be carried forward, exchanged for cash or refunded because the customer has not used them. Amounts still owed remain payable. This does not remove the remedies in section 10 where dForce cannot deliver an agreed booking.
You are responsible for requesting call-off bookings early enough to meet the notice requirements and complete the work before expiry. Availability near the deadline is not guaranteed. Payment dates do not extend the call-off delivery period.
Separately scoped engagements: scoping, reporting, workshops, Ignition implementations and the Finance MOT follow their agreed delivery arrangements. Their dates are planned on a best-endeavours basis unless expressly committed. The call-off hours expiry does not automatically cancel these engagements, remove an accepted fee reduction or require a fixed date at purchase. Ignition projects under this offer are planned for H1 2027 as described in section 4.6.
9. Customer cancellations, changes and readiness
You may cancel or move a confirmed hourly booking without losing the reserved hours by giving at least two full business days’ notice. With less notice, or in the event of non-attendance, the reserved hours are deducted. A short-notice booking is committed once confirmed and its reserved hours are deducted if you cancel it.
If work cannot proceed because agreed customer access, information, instructions or attendees are unavailable, the reserved hours are deducted. We will use the session for other agreed work where practical.
Any replacement booking remains subject to availability and expiry. Purchasing a paid package commits you to its full price; there is no automatic refund for changing your mind or deciding not to use it. Fixed-scope engagement cancellations and rescheduling follow the applicable services agreement and accepted order. The Finance MOT carries no cancellation charge; please notify us promptly if you cannot attend.
10. If dForce cannot deliver
If we cancel an hourly booking, the hours are restored and we will agree a replacement booking with you. If we cannot deliver an agreed call-off booking before expiry for reasons attributable to dForce, we will offer an appropriate extension or refund for the affected undelivered paid services. Bonus hours have no separate cash value. We will not treat our own inability to deliver an agreed booking as customer non-use.
For separately scoped engagements, we will discuss any scheduling change promptly and agree revised delivery arrangements. Any firm delivery commitment and the applicable remedies remain governed by the accepted order and services agreement.
11. Delivery responsibilities
Services are normally delivered remotely during our business hours. Any on-site work, different hours or delivery location must be expressly agreed. You must provide the necessary authorised access, valid software licences, suitable environments, information, decisions and customer resources to support the agreed delivery schedule.
Changes to scope, extra reports, additional integrations, data remediation or other work outside the accepted order require a separate written agreement. A promotional purchase does not include unlimited support, guaranteed business savings or a commitment to work outside the agreed scope.
12. Time definitions and agreed terms
A business day is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England and Wales. Our business hours are 09:00–18:00 UK local time. A call-off is a customer request to schedule services against a purchased package.
For notice periods expressed in full business days, the day a request is received and the day delivery starts do not count. Requests received outside business hours are treated as received at 09:00 on the next business day. The short-notice 48-hour window is measured in elapsed hours from actual receipt to the requested start time; delivery remains within agreed business hours unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The promotional terms accepted with your order remain applicable to that order. We will not retrospectively reduce an accepted promotional benefit or introduce additional obligations without your express agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Questions and bookings
Contact info@dforce.uk or your usual dForce contact to discuss eligibility, request an offer quotation or arrange a booking. Include your company name, order reference where available, requested work, estimated hours and preferred dates.
