Who are these offers for?
Business customers buying directly from dForce for their own use. Our partners, resellers and strategic software vendors cannot purchase. Only the customer can call off purchased services.
When do I need to buy and use the services?
For paid offers, your order must be accepted and the required initial payment received by 23:59 UK time on 30 November 2026. Purchased and bonus call-off hours must be completed by 18:00 UK time on 30 June 2027; unused call-off time expires. For scoping, reporting, workshops and implementations, the reduced fee is secured at order acceptance and delivery is planned separately on a best-endeavours basis unless a firm date is expressly agreed. Ignition projects under this offer are planned for H1 2027.
Which offers allow 50% payment upfront?
Only the call-off services bundles. Pay in full or pay 50% at purchase, with the entire balance invoiced on confirmation of your first call-off and payable within 30 calendar days. Even a one-hour booking triggers that balance. If nothing is booked, the balance is payable on 30 June 2027.
Reporting & analytics is paid 100% upfront. Scoping and workshops follow the payment schedules in their accepted orders. Ignition follows the implementation payment milestones in its order or statement of work. The Finance 360° MOT is free.
How do I book services-bundle hours?
Normally in four-hour morning or afternoon blocks, with five full business days’ notice. At our discretion, work starting within 48 hours may be booked in one-hour increments, up to two hours per customer per business day. All bookings require confirmation and depend on availability. Fixed-scope packages follow an agreed delivery schedule.
What do the discounts include?
Discounts apply to dForce’s standard services fee for the same agreed scope. Software licences, subscriptions, third-party fees and expenses are excluded unless expressly included. Offers cannot be combined on the same work or applied to existing orders. All offer prices, fee reductions and payment percentages are calculated on net fees, excluding VAT and other applicable indirect taxes. Tax is treated under UK rules, including outside-scope or reverse-charge treatment where appropriate; the applicable treatment will be stated on your quotation and invoice.
